Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mahjong333 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "mahjong333"), the operator of the online gaming service accessible at https://mahjong333.buzz. These Terms govern all access to and use of the mahjong333 platform, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus participation, withdrawals and any interaction with customer support.

Account Registration & KYC

To register an account with mahjong333 you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested during the registration process. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to update it promptly if any detail changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, mahjong333 may require you to submit the following documentation before processing any withdrawal:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence bearing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), or official government correspondence dated within the three months preceding submission.
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding the identity document alongside your face, confirming physical possession of the document.
• Where applicable, evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch'n Go eWallet account, Boost, GrabPay, or DuitNow profile confirming your registered name).

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team. Verification is normally completed within 24–48 hours of receipt of a complete, legible submission. Mahjong333 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts for which KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Mahjong333 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your username, password or two-factor authentication details confidential. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Mahjong333 supports the following Malaysian payment channels, subject to ongoing availability: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Mahjong333 does not accept deposits from third parties; the name registered on the payment instrument must match the name on your mahjong333 account.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposits and withdrawals, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Indicative limits start from RM30 per transaction; upper limits are specified per channel.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• e-Walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow: typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts.
• FPX bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect): typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• VIP-tier accounts may be eligible for expedited processing as described in the Loyalty Programme terms.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusal. Mahjong333 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) active wagering requirements attributable to bonus funds remain unsatisfied; or (d) the account is under investigation. In such cases, mahjong333 will inform the User as soon as reasonably practicable.

5.5 Currency and Conversion. All funds are held in MYR. Mahjong333 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees to MYR-denominated transactions. If a payment processor applies its own conversion, mahjong333 is not responsible for any resulting rate differential.

Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available on the mahjong333 platform are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section and to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Players may not claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus more than once. Mahjong333 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games; certain high-RTP games, table games or live dealer products may contribute at reduced rate.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified per offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawable Winings: Where applicable, a maximum cap on winings derived from bonus play will be stated in the promotion terms. Winnings above this cap are not withdrawable.
• Birthday Bonus: Tier-based birthday bonuses are credited subject to active VIP membership, completed KYC and account status in good standing at the time of the player's birthday.

Wagering Rules

7.1 General. All wagers placed on the mahjong333 platform are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets on sports, casino games or any other product cannot be reversed, cancelled or modified by the User after placement.

7.2 Casino Games. Random-number-generator (RNG) casino games and live dealer games operate according to individual game rules published within each game's help section. The published RTP figure for any game represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

7.3 Sports Betting. Sports wagers, including markets on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other events, are settled according to official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement or result dispute, mahjong333's settlement rules (available in the sports betting section) apply.

7.4 Obvious Errors. Mahjong333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly eroneous odds or on a market displaying manifestly incorrect information, including but not limited to data feed errors or typographical mistakes. Bets voided under this provision will be refunded at the stake value.

7.5 Maximum Payout. Individual and aggregate maximum payout limits apply per event and per calendar day. These limits are set at mahjong333's discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the mahjong333 platform must not, under any circumstances:

• Register more than one account for any individual or household;
• Provide false, inaccurate or fraudulent registration information;
• Use another person's identity, payment instrument or account credentials;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, structuring or placement of illicit funds through the platform;
• Exploit software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use automated bots, scripts, AI agents or any software that interacts with the platform outside normal browser operation without written permission;
• Colude with other players to manipulate game or sports-betting outcomes;
• Abuse or harass mahjong333 staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempt to access account or system areas beyond your authorised access level;

Violation of any provision of this Section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where required by law, referal to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mahjong333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use;
• Loss of access due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Interruption or latency in live streaming or data feeds affecting sports betting or live dealer play;
• Errors in third-party payment processing by FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay or banking partners;
• Actions of third parties, including internet service providers, that affect platform availability.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, mahjong333's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the deposit that directly gave rise to the claim, assessed at the time of the relevant transaction.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mahjong333 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of third-party game provider data.

Responsible Gambling

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by mahjong333. Mahjong333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity or money laundering is detected; (c) chargebacks are initiated without justification; or (d) a court order, regulatory directive or law-enforcement request requires action.

12.2 Balance upon Termination. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mahjong333 may forfeit the account balance after completing any required investigation. Where closure is voluntary or due to circumstances outside the User's misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the User's last used payment method, subject to completed KYC.

12.3 Closure by User. You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. All pending withdrawals will be finalised prior to closure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mahjong333 is incorporated and licenced, which operates under an international gaming licence framework. You acknowledge that Malaysian domestic law does not licence or formally regulate offshore online gambling operators and that by accessing this platform you do so under your own assessment of legal permissibility.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with mahjong333 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of the operator's licencing jurisdiction. Amendments to These Terms
